Where to Find the West Office Safe Location
The safe is situated on the first floor (1F) of the Police Station inside the West Office. Once you enter the room, head toward the small side office located at the southern end. The exact combination needed to unlock the safe is Left 9, Right 15, Left 7. You can input these numbers using your directional controls, turning the dial left to 9, right to 15, and finally left to 7 before confirming.

Opening the West Office safe rewards you with a Hip Pouch, an item that permanently increases your inventory capacity by two slots. Carrying extra ammunition, key items, and healing supplies becomes far easier once this item is collected.
